When a targa-top Corvette Stingray doesn’t offer enough open air for your liking, the Stingray Convertible is your answer. Power comes from a 6.2-liter LT1 V8 with 455 horsepower in standard guise, but a performance exhaust adds 5 ponies to the total figure. Rear wheel drive is the default drivetrain, through a 7-speed manual gearbox with rev-matching feature, but an 8-speed automatic with paddle shifters is also available. The Z51 Performance Package includes stiffer suspension, the performance exhaust, and up-rated Brembo brakes. Safety features include a reverse camera, stability control, and optional curb-view cameras.
