The 1ZR is the starting point for ZR1 ownership, featuring a less-expensive interior and fewer features. However, some of the 3ZR’s standard equipment, like the data recorder and navigation system can be had at an additional cost. This model represents the cheapest way to go as fast as possible in a Corvette without splurging on extra luxuries like premium leather, but is still very well appointed and will satisfy all but those who have sampled the very best that Europe has to offer. However, neither variant offers much in the way of driver aids. Either you can hustle a rear-wheel-drive monster properly, or you should buy something safer.
