The 1LT is the lightest car in the Corvette range, which makes it the perfect platform for some serious track day action. The Z51 performance package turns the humble (as if a Corvette could ever be humble) into a razor-sharp driving tool thanks to uprated suspension, drivetrain improvements, larger brakes, and engine preserving measures such as a dry-sump oil system. The addition of performance gear rations helps with acceleration, while an electronic limited-slip differential sharpens handling dynamics. The performance exhaust system helps garner an extra 5hp as standard, while sounding great, too.
