Available exclusively with RWD, this version comes with a performance-tuned suspension, a standard V6 with power increased to 300 hp (a 363-hp Hemi V8 is optional), a sport-tuned gearbox with paddle shifters, and a similar blacked-out treatment on the outside as the Touring L. It gains a standard power panoramic sunroof as well. The cabin receives Piano Black finishes and sport bucket seats trimmed in leather. Mechanicals aside, the S V8 shares the same aggressive exterior upgrades found on the S V6. However, the S V8 misses out on the S V6’s optional S Model Appearance Package. That’s not a big problem since this remains a good-looking, old-school sedan in stock form.
