The XLT-spec Ford Expedition comes with a higher price compared to base models of rivals, but boasts a goodly number of features for what it’s worth: this includes rear cross-traffic alert, pedestrian monitoring, lane-keep assist, and automatic high beams. It also allows for seating for up to eight in standard form, as opposed to the five on the fleet-only XL. The tech found inside is also impressive with the standard offer of SiriusXM and full smartphone integration via the eight-inch touchscreen as well as a Wi-Fi hotspot. Two other packages can be added to the XLT and upgrade the cabin with a digital cluster and leatherette upholstery among other features.
