The Tremor is specifically designed for off-roading. As such, it is 4x4-only and it comes outfitted with an electronic locking rear differential, and the option to add on a front axle Torsen diff and Hi-Lock transfer case. There's only one engine on offer this year, and it's the 400-hp 5.0L V8. Other features include matte-dark 18-inch wheels with 33-inch all-terrain tires, which grants it impressive ground clearance and the ability to tackle uneven ground without losing its footing. In terms of configuration, the Tremor is limited to the SuperCrew Cab and the short 5.5-foot cargo bed and comes with body-color bumpers, black mirrors, skid plates, Tremor step bars, and a unique Tremor grille with Active Orange accents. Its features list is based on that of the Lariat, but it loses a few of that trim’s features, such as the power-sliding rear window, the leather-trimmed steering wheel, the 12-inch touchscreen, the ambient interior lighting, the auto-dimming mirrors, the leather upholstery, the heated and ventilated seats, the power-adjustable pedals, the power-folding side mirrors with the integrated spotlights and turn signals, and the LED taillights. It gains some others, like a flow-through center console with a stowable floor shifter and trailer-reverse guidance.
