For some reason, Ford decided not to offer the extended range battery as an option on the Select trim, although you can choose between RWD and eAWD. That limits the range and makes the car less practical overall. The Select is exceptionally competitively priced, even with the hefty markups currently charged by dealers. We suppose you could make it work if you have a home charger, but we’d much rather add the extended battery from the start. All models come standard with the brilliant 15.5-inch touchscreen display and digital instrument cluster. The latest connectivity features are standard, including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
