The 3500 LS is the big brother of the 2500, denoted by the higher number. So what do you get for those extra figures? Well, not much, really. Some notable differences worth mentioning is the GCWR rating of 13,000 lbs and a maximum conventional trailering capacity of 6,700 lbs, which is up there with the best of them. The 3500 LS is also available in an extended-wheelbase form, which increases the available cargo space to 252.8 cubic feet and the available seating space to a total of 15. Get the 3500 if you need some space to breathe.
