The 2022 Honda Civic sedan is available in four trim levels: LX, Sport, EX, and Touring. LX and Sport models are powered by a naturally-aspirated 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 158 hp. The power is sent to the front wheels via a CVT transmission. The base LX trim includes 16-inch steel wheels, LED exterior lights, a push-button start, single-zone climate control, and a seven-inch touchscreen interface with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It plays your music via a four-speaker sound system. Sport trims add 18-inch alloy wheels, smart entry, remote start, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter, and several sporty exterior and interior enhancements. Both these models come as standard with Honda Sensing, including all of the vital driver assistance features.
A 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder producing 190hp powers EX and Touring models. It, too, sends the power to the front wheels via a CVT transmission. Added niceties on the EX include a one-touch moonroof, blind-spot monitoring, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, 17-inch alloys, and heated door mirrors. The top-spec Touring is equipped with all the goodies, including rear cross-traffic alert, rain-sensing wipers, leather seats, power-adjustable front seats, a larger ten-inch digital instrument cluster, nine-inch touchscreen interface, wireless charging, and a 12-speaker Bose sound system.
