As the entry point to the CR-V range, the LX makes certain concessions to meet a budget price point. It’s the only model in the range to feature the old naturally aspirated 2.4-liter engine with 184 hp, but also utilizes smaller 17-inch alloy wheels, manual air conditioning, and a five-inch infotainment system with four speakers and Bluetooth hands-free connectivity. You get manually-adjustable cloth seats, cruise control, and a reverse camera as standard, but miss out on the Honda Sensing suite of advanced driver assistance features that make the rest of the CR-V range so safe.
