Dubbed the Blue, this entry-level trim is the Ioniq Hybrid’s most efficient model, with EPA estimates of a combined 58 mpg beating even the Toyota Prius. It gets Blue-specific alloys to do this, and makes do without such frivolities as LED daytime running lights and taillights, or power seat adjustment.
