New for the facelifted Palisade, the XRT is all about appearances, as it doesn't change the standard tech offering of the SEL trim. It does get larger wheels with a trim-exclusive dark finish, along with a darker grille and black roof rails. You lose out on some customization options in the name of style, like a standard sunroof, but there is no second-row bench or Premium Package box to tick. For those who feel that the standard SEL has everything they want, the XRT is a nice way to spoil yourself a little, while still remaining affordable.
