The Blue is the base trim, but it sure doesn't feel that way. The base model shares its powertrain with the other non-PHEV models, which means you get a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder gas engine mated to an electric motor for a total power output of 226 horses. Power is sent to all four wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission.
