Second in the line-up is the S trim, which is slightly more featured than its base level counterpart. We see the addition of very welcoming features like heated outside mirrors for colder climates, LED indicators embedded into them for increased visibility, and a move away from the woven cloth seats to a leatherette offering. The majority of the S trim’s features and technology are in its S Technology Package, however, at an additional cost of $3,200. That places it above the price point of the next trim level up but does carry a greater amount of tech than the standard EX. Priced at $25,990, the S trim is only $2,000 more than the base model, and an all-wheel-drive system that at $1,700 costs $200 more than the rest of the Sportage range.
