Rather than opting for the sportier style as the F Sport trim does, the Luxury is a halfway point between base specification and comfort features. It adds to the levels of base ES 250’s comfort by equipping 14-way power-adjustable seating for the driver and using quilted and perforated semi-aniline leather upholstery. Heating and ventilation for the front seats become standard from this point, and the driver's seat also gets a cushion extender. The Lexus Memory system is also added, and the interior features wood trim with ambient lighting and a wireless charger, as well as a power rear sunshade. Rain-sensing wipers, power-folding mirrors, and Parking Assist with automatic braking form part of the package.
