The exterior of the Lexus UX Hybrid portrays the image of a luxury vehicle perfectly, and even a slightly athletic one if you opt for the F Sport models. The front end is dominated by the iconic spindle grille, which runs all the way down to the bottom of the bumper. The headlights are sharp and angular, pointing directly to the middle of the hourglass shape. It looks good from the rear, too, where a solid brake light bar runs the width of the liftgate, and there is a spoiler at the top. LED fog and cornering lamps are included on the F Sport trims, which also boast unique styling elements. This includes unique front and rear bumpers, a black roof, and black roof rails. A power tilt-and-slide moonroof is optional on the base model and standard on the rest. As for the wheels, you can't have anything larger than 18 inches, though the F Sport wheels are wrapped in run-flat tires.
As a compact model, the UX only measures 177 inches long. The wheelbase is 103.9 inches, which helps to create a relatively spacious cabin. Other dimensions for the Lexus UX include a width of 72.4 inches, which makes it a dream to park. Height varies between 60.6 and 61 inches, depending on the drivetrain you choose, with the same being true of the curb weight, which ranges from 3,483 pounds to 3,605 lbs.

For exterior colors, the 2023 Lexus UX offers a decent number of options. However, only not all of them are free. Caviar, Obsidian, Nori Green Pearl, Grecian Water, and Redline won't cost anything. The rest will set you back an extra $500, like Eminent White Pearl, Iridium, and Cloudburst Gray. The most expensive hue is Cadmium Orange at $595.
The palette changes for the F Sport models, which all come equipped with an Obsidian roof. This can be paired with Redline or $500 options that include Iridium, Cloudburst Gray, and Ultra White. They also get an extra $595 paint aside from Cadmium Orange, known as Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0.
Both Cadmium Orange and Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 are particularly eye-catching, which justifies their cost.
The most expensive palette adds $595 to the bill and gives you the choice of Cadmium Orange and Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0.
The tilt-and-slide power moonroof is standard on all but the base 250h, which can see it added for a slight extra cost.
There is only a single exhaust outlet, subtly concealed, however.
All models come equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels.
