The Lotus Evora GT is a defiantly old-school car. It doesn’t just do this for the sake of nostalgia, however. Instead, parts like the hydraulically-assisted steering and notchy six-speed manual gearbox have been chosen for the way they feel. There are almost no driver aids which can make the Evora GT a little daunting for inexperienced drivers, but for those who are willing to commit to smooth and slick driving, it is utterly rewarding. This car is all about the way things feel and respond, but the downside is that it’s not particularly useful as anything other than a toy.
