There's a single Lucid Air Sapphire trim, and its specs are class-leading, with 1,234 hp and 1,430 lb-ft on tap from three electric motors, getting it to 60 mph in 1,9 seconds and to over 200 mph. The tri-motor powertrain configuration means that an AWD drivetrain is the only option available. Each motor has its own integrated single-speed step-down transmission. It's a lot more expensive than the lower Air trim levels, which we review separately. Exterior specifications include LED headlights, staggered 20/21-inch alloy wheels, a wider stance than other Airs, an aerodynamics package, and the Stealth package that blacks out the exterior trim, glasshouse, roof, and wheels.
Standard features include keyless entry and go, heated, ventilated, and massaging 18-way power front seats and automatic climate control. The infotainment system lacks Android Auto, but includes wireless Apple CarPlay, a 5K 34-inch Glass Cockpit Display, a retracting center Pilot Panel display, navigation, and a 21-speaker Surreal Sound Pro audio system. Standard driver assists include adaptive cruise control, all-round parking, blind-spot and cross-traffic sensing, a surround-view monitor, automated parking, and Highway Driving Assist, with nothing left on the options list.
