The S Q4 adds an advanced all-wheel-drive system to the S, but uses the same 424-hp twin-turbo V6 engine. The increased traction makes this the fastest model in the range, capable of hitting 60 mph in just 4.7 seconds. Other than these mechanical enhancements, the S Q4 matches the S variant’s specification with extended leather upholstery, an 8.4-inch touchscreen linked to standard navigation, 12-way power-adjustable front seats with a driver’s memory system, dual-zone climate control and soft-close doors all part of the package. Blind-spot detection and a rearview camera are included as well.
