This is the sportiest V6-engined model you can get as it includes the GranSport’s upgrades, the all-wheel-drive system, and the front active differential. Like other GranSport models, there are carbon fiber upgrades available for the interior and exterior. A special Nerissimo carbon package includes a carbon fiber rear spoiler and front splitter. Otherwise, the S Q4 GranSport shares the standard power sunroof, auto high-beam headlamps, soft-close doors, and power rear sunblinds with the rest of the range.
