The entry-level CX-3, the Sport starts off at a reasonably high level. It gets the same classy finishes in the cabin employed by higher trims, and even the cloth seats feel high-quality. Halogen headlights have an auto-off function, while the side mirrors are powered but don’t have integrated turn signals. The Mazda Connect infotainment system has Aha, Pandora, and Stitcher integration, but Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are absent. Bluetooth audio streaming and hands-free phone are included, however. Driver aids include smart city brake support, while the top trim’s full suite of safety features are optional via the Sport i-ActiveSense package.
