2021 Mazda CX-30

2021 Mazda CX-30 Overview

Mazda has revealed the Mazda CX-30 2.5 S for the 2021 model year though it's largely unchanged from last year. However, the sleek crossover is set to receive some new standard features, such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other standard features include an 8.8-inch center display, Bluetooth, two front USB ports, electronic parking brake, power windows with one-touch up/down, rain-sensing wipers, push-button start, a rearview camera, and remote keyless entry system.

But perhaps the most noticeable difference to the CX-30 is its name. Mazda has added the "2.5 S" moniker as part of a new naming convention for its next-generation vehicles to emphasize multiple engine options. For now, the CX-30 will continue to be offered with just one engine option, a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 186 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. The updating naming structure makes it easier for the automaker to add new engine options, which we expect will happen in the near future.
