Mazda offers the MX-5 Miata RF in a choice of two trims, the Club and the Grand Touring. Both are rear-wheel-drive and powered by a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine delivering 155 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque. Transmission options are a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic.
The range starts with the sporty Club trim, geared towards improved driving dynamics. In manual form, the Club features a range of suspension enhancements as standard. Inside, Club models get manual air-conditioning, heated seats, a nine-speaker Bose sound system, a seven-inch color touchscreen, advanced keyless entry, and push-button ignition all as standard. The Grand Touring adds on automatic air-conditioning, a navigation system, leather-trimmed seats, an automatic dimming rearview mirror, and lane departure warning. While HD radio, Pandora compatibility, Aha integration, and Bluetooth audio streaming are all part of the infotainment’s features list, both trims miss out on integration for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
