After taking some time off for 2022, the AMG E63 Wagon is back, albeit in limited numbers. Powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, it makes 603 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque, which it sends to all four wheels via a nine-speed automatic gearbox.
Standard exterior features include LED headlights and taillights, 20-inch wheels, a rear roof spoiler, and quad exhaust exits. Adaptive high beams and a panoramic glass roof are standard-fit, and access to the cabin is by way of keyless entry. Inside, you get heated and ventilated front seats with heated armrests, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, and a 12.3-inch digital display for the driver and another of the same size for infotainment. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, and a Burmester sound system and wireless charging are also included. Safet is covered by crosswind assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, and a surround-view camera, among others.
If you're looking to enhance the aesthetic appeal of your wagon, you can tick the box marked AMG Exterior Carbon Fiber Package. This costs $1,750 and adds carbon elements to the rear diffuser and front spoiler. Carbon fiber mirror covers are also available for $1,200, and you can black out the chrome exterior details with the AMG Night package for $750. Other options include adaptive LED headlights for $900, massaging front seats for $1,320, a head-up display for $1,100, tri-zone climate control for $760, and heated rear seats for $580.
