The full-fat 63 S adds a nice helping of additional power, but it’s not that easy to tell the difference. Once you get caught up in the V8 growl, you sort of forget to focus on the speed. It costs more, but Mercedes-AMG does give you some additional kit to justify the increase. This includes a Race mode that makes the GLC Coupe more playful, as it will let you get away with some sideways action before it interferes. The leather upholstery looks good, as does the Nappa/Dinamica steering wheel. The GLC 63 S Coupe is the kind of car you buy with your heart and not your head, so go the whole nine years and get this one if you can.
