There is one version of the GLC 63 Coupe available for 2022, the GLC 63 S. It is equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, sending the power to a 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system via a nine-speed Speedshift automatic gearbox. It produces 503 hp and 516 lb-ft.

On the outside, it has LED headlamps, taillamps, and daylight running lights, 20-inch alloys, quad exhaust pipes, a diffuser fin, and strips finished in Iridium Silver. On the inside, it has full Nappa leather. Mercedes' MBUX infotainment system is standard and comprises a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch touchscreen. Other standard comforts include front power seats with heating, dual-zone climate control, and a 13-speaker Burmester sound system. A surround-view camera has been included as standard since 2021 and adaptive high beams since 2022.

It comes with seven airbags and Pre-Safe accident detection, but active cruise control and lane-keep assist remain optional extras.
