2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe Review: Designed for Great First Impressions
The 2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe occupies a class of its own as neither BMW or Audi offer coupes that are comparable in performance or price, which is odd considering the success of the E-Class Sedan and its competing opponents - the 5 Series and the A6. The sporty 2-door coupe is the ideal vehicle for anybody that admires the E-Class line but wants something a little more novel and exclusive in general. Mercedes puts forward the E-Class Coupe with a brand new powertrain comprising a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 engine and EQ Boost system that, combined, produce up to 362 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. The engine is an absolute beaut, providing plenty of oomph and impressive fuel economy returns, too. The 2021 E-Class Coupe's fun and poised drive is matched by its serene and refined ride quality. It boasts a first-rate and contemporary cabin brimming with features and tech. Some, however, may find the steering wheel controls to be fussy and the options really pricey.

Verdict: Is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe A Good car?
The E-Class Coupe has always been a phenomenal car with droves of American business professionals favoring it over other premium contemporaries for its distinct, sauve design, dynamic drive characteristics, and exquisite, high-tech interior. The improvements Mercedes applied to the coupe this year has only made it better; it's fast, refined, and really efficient, too thanks to the 48-volt EQ Boost system. It's not the sportiest of coupes but it's still a blast to push to its limits and hoon around bends, and when you're not, it remains compliant and utterly refined on the road. The cabin is a wonderfully luxurious space and a technological marvel with all the digital screens and fanciful appointments. The MBUX system is advanced but the system's controls are quite a feat to figure out. Nevertheless, the E-Class Coupe is ideal for the business professional and family head, with the NHTSA and the IIHS awarding the 2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class an A-grade review for its crashworthiness and safety overall.
All-in-all, the E-Class Coupe is not the most exhilarating sports car or the most pragmatic daily, but it is a unique and beautiful companion to any professional aiming to impress.
What Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe Model Should I Buy?
In the USA, the starting price of the 2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe comes in at $64,950 for the E450, increasing to $67,450 for the E450 4Matic. These are the only two fifth-gen E-Class Coupes to choose from, so your decision will come down to whether or not you require the AWD benefits of the E450 4Matic model or not. Whatever the case, both the RWD and AWD versions are phenomenal to drive. The 4Matic is slightly faster and the extra weight barely affects its economy. The AMG head-up display is a sweet option to include as it complements the E450's futuristic cabin. We'd suggest also going for the AMG-Line Package for the cosmetic enhancements and 19-inch alloy wheel upgrades, as well as the Driver Assistance Package for the multitude of additions it comprises.
