From the brand that brought you the electrified SLS AMG comes its first bespoke all-electric model – the Mercedes-Benz EQC. The crossover takes on the Audi e-tron SUV and Jaguar I-Pace in the premium EV crossover segment, and does so with an estimated price of $69,000. The EQC 400, as the only derivative, makes use of two electric motors – one per axle – with combined outputs of 402 horsepower and 564 lb-ft of torque with permanent all-wheel drive. A full charge will carry you 279 miles, just less than the Jaguar I-Pace. While full specification and trim levels are not yet confirmed, the EQC will benefit from Mercedes’ artificial intelligence infotainment system, MBUX, replete with dual-screen instrument/infotainment clusters.
