Much like the Cooper ALL4, the Cooper S ALL4 doesn’t make significant changes to the standard Cooper S. Once again, it replaces the front-wheel drivetrain with an all-wheel variant and swaps out the transmission for an eight-speed automatic gearbox. However, the ALL4 is ever-so-slightly quicker than the standard Cooper S, shaving 0.2 seconds off its 7.2-second sprint time. Like every other Countryman, it is available in Classic, Signature, or Iconic sub-trims, but several of the features of the Iconic package come standard on the Signature sub-trim for the Cooper S models, such as the 12-speaker Harman Kardon sound system.
