ALL4 models simply add all-wheel-drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission for $2,000 extra. This makes it better suited for cold-weather states but unnecessary everywhere else. The AWD system also adds additional weight, making the low power output from the turbocharged triple even more noticeable. As with the Classic FWD Cooper, the ALL4 version is disappointingly low on features considering the price.
