While the specification of the JCW Convertible largely mirrors the sub-trims on Cooper and Cooper S models, those three letters make all the difference when it comes to performance. The JCW badge means the 2.0-liter turbo engine is tuned to deliver 228 hp and 236 lb-ft, which works with an eight-speed automatic gearbox to deliver a 6.3-second 0-60 mph sprint. The fun continues in the corners where a sports suspension and Brembo brakes ensure the JCW handles as well as it rockets forward, while a JCW body kit, convertible soft-top roof, and a choice of 17- or 18-inch alloy wheels ensure the show matches the go.
