The entry-level SEL comes with most of the features available to the Outlander, with a comprehensive safety suite that includes blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision avoidance with pedestrian detection, lane keep assist, and lane departure warning. It doesn’t lack in the comfort department either, with leather upholstery, heated eight-way power front seats, and dual-zone climate control all coming standard. The infotainment has also been updated for 2020, with a larger eight-inch touchscreen that supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, HD Radio, and SiriusXM, paired with a six-speaker sound system. It gets the same 18-inch alloy wheels as the upper trim, but the headlights and fog lights are standard halogen variants.
