At this point, the Outlander PHEV is encroaching on luxury territory. To justify the higher price tag, the SEL Premium comes equipped with delightfully soft Semi-Aniline leather upholstery, and a massage function for the driver and front passenger seats.
Aside from those two plush features, nothing changes, save for the black-painted roof. This lends the distinctive Outlander even more style and does, admittedly, look rather good. However, these features add no value to the overall package. If used as a day-to-day family car, these features serve no purpose other than driving the price up.
