The SEL Touring introduces several nice-to-haves to the already plush SEL grade. The driver benefits from a heated steering wheel and head-up display, while all occupants get to enjoy the panoramic sunroof and nine-speaker Bose sound system. Those in the rear also gain pull-up rear window shades.
Much like the SE w/ Tech Package, the SEL Touring trim level only makes sense if you simply must have the aforementioned goodies. While they make commuting a more pleasant and relaxing experience, they’re not essential and don’t really add value to the already pricey SEL package. Unless you can’t live without these goodies, stick with the lower-spec SEL, which is also cheaper.
