The Nissan Rogue Sport, known as the Qashqai outside of the US, will be all-new for 2022. The Qashqai was unveiled on February 18 but Nissan has not yet provided a Rogue Sport premiere date. In any case, they're identical vehicles and a completely redesigned exterior and interior are expected.
A few teaser images have already been released showing new LED headlights linked to narrow daytime running lights that merge into the signature V-motion grille. It will also come equipped with a nine-inch infotainment display with Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay compatibility. Drivers will have a separate 12.3-inch gauge cluster screen.
Power will come courtesy of a 1.3-liter turbocharged mild-hybrid with around 158 horsepower. A CVT gearbox is expected and all-wheel drive will be optional. A hybrid version is also in the pipeline.
