Like the Carrera 4, the 4S builds on the model below it by adding an all-wheel-drive system that makes it even quicker off the line than the rear-drive version of itself. However, like with the Carrera 4, top speed is hampered and is reduced by 2 mph. Still, that’s a small difference again, and although this is the most expensive model, the bigger wheels and added security of all-wheel-drive can be compelling factors in the decision-making process. Whichever you choose, there’s no bad 911.
