While it is mechanically identical to the base Macan, the Macan T receives some special touches to set it apart from the entry-level model. Almost all of these additions are cosmetic, and includes Agate Gray exterior trim pieces, 20-inch alloy wheels with a dark titanium finish, special interior upholstery with silver contrast stitching and the Porsche logo embossed on the front seat backs, and dark aluminum door sill plates with embossed Macan T logos. More noteworthy is the standard inclusion of the Sport Chrono package, which adds a steering wheel-mounted switch to select between four drive modes, launch control, sharper transmission programming, and dynamic transmission mounts. These all combine to take 0.2 seconds off the base Macan’s 0-60 mph sprint time, and results in a more-responsive driving experience all round.
