The Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo receives a mid-cycle update for the 2021 model year with slightly altered exterior styling and a new engine under the hood. A new 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 takes the place of the old 3.0-liter turbo V6, though both have a total of 325 horsepower.
Some of those exterior enhancements include a new front fascia and 20-inch and 21-inch wheel designs. Meanwhile, the Panamera Sport Turismo GTS receives the same design updates, along with trim-specific Satin Black 20-inch wheels and tinted taillights. It also comes standard with a Sport Exhaust System. Under its hood lies the familiar 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 from, though it's been upgraded for a new total of 473 hp and 457 lb-ft of torque.
Inside, all Panamera Sport Turismos come with a leather-wrapped Sport steering wheel and paddle shifters. The GTS's steering wheel, however, is covered in Race-Tex. A 12.3-inch screen is found in the center console and comes with standard navigation and a WiFi hotspot. Upgraded stereo systems, with either 14 or 21 speakers, are optional.
Porsche also improved the Panamera's excellent suspension and chassis for an even more thrilling driving experience. Official pricing has not been announced. Orders will begin early next year and deliveries will get underway that spring.
