The Porsche Panamera Turbo and Turbo Executive are high-performance sports cars that can also masquerade as comfortable, full-size luxury sedans. Both variants are powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with 550 horsepower and 567 lb-ft of torque. A slick-shifting eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive are standard.
Both models are similarly equipped, although the long-wheelbase Executive gets a few extras. Standard items are 20-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic roof, leather upholstery, heated seats front and rear, power-adjustable front seats, a 14-speaker Bose sound system, a rearview camera, and Porsche’s infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and a crisp 12.3-inch touchscreen. While the Turbo has dual-zone climate control, the Turbo Executive gets a four-zone system. The Executive also has soft-close doors and power-adjustment for the rear seats. On the options list is a head-up display, along with a host of driver aids like blind-spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and lane departure warning.
