If you want an Executive express, this is likely the model to get. Since the main aim is rear-seat comfort and not performance, the standard 4 Executive makes the most sense. Porsche adds the adaptive air suspension to make the car as comfortable as possible. It also improves handling, which isn’t as relevant as it is on the standard-wheelbase model. To further enhance rear-seat comfort, Porsche includes eight-way power-adjustable heated rear seats with a memory package. Executive models can also carry slightly more cargo, but only if you fold the rear seats forward - this figure increases from 47.3 cubic feet in the normal Panamera to 52.6 cubes in the Executive. The changes add 5.9 inches to the wheelbase and this plus the fancy rear seats push up its weight by 148 pounds and steal 1 mpg from each of its EPA cycles.
