The base model Taycan 4 Cross Turismo will go from 0 to 60 mph in only 4.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 137 mph. These figures might not seem that crazy, but the car feels like a rocket ship in the real world. Stepping up to the Taycan 4S Cross Turismo sees power going up from 469 horsepower in the base model to 562 hp. This results in a 0-60 mph time of only 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 149 mph.
Rather than an engine, both PorscheTaycan Cross Turismo models are powered by two AC permanent synchronous motors and a 93.4-kWh Performance Battery Plus that has been updated to give quicker charging rates and improved range. Power is sent to all four wheels via a two-speed automatic transmission and an advanced AWD system. The base model develops 469 hp and 368 lb-ft of torque, while the 4S churns out 562 hp and 479 lb-ff.
