2023 ProMaster Window Van Interior
The first thing one notices when entering the cabin of the 2023 Ram ProMaster Window Van is the excellent wide-angle view one gets of the road ahead. Visibility is important when navigating tight city streets and loading areas, and with large windows, it's a breeze. Out the back, it's more of a challenge, however. The interior is modern and attractive enough, although it's no leisure vehicle, so don't expect more than the two seats, hard-wearing plastics, and other functional materials that make up the cabin. It's easy to keep clean and is durable. All the controls are within easy reach of the driver, including the dashboard-mounted shifter, and air conditioning is included to help keep the cabin livable.

Seating and Interior Space
Just like a Chevrolet Corvette, the 2023 Ram ProMaster Window Van will seat two adult passengers - unlike the 'Vette, though, third-party upfitters will happily fit a few extra rows in the Ram ProMaster Window Van. As standard, the Window Van can be had with a passenger seat delete, though, so it's just one driver and maximum cargo space; select a passenger seat if you want a co-pilot. New buyers get standard cloth bucket seats with four ways of adjustment - six-way manual adjustments for both the driver and passenger will cost you extra. Ram also offers front swivel seats and heating for both perches. We found that the standard seats were comfortable but could do with a bit more side bolster support.

Interior Colors and Materials
The ProMaster Window Van is designed to work hard, and thus it's devoid of any sort of luxury materials. Instead, you'll find an abundance of hard-wearing plastics and other materials made to stand the test of time. The seats are covered in cloth, but you can also have them in vinyl at an additional cost. The dashboard is made of high-rent plastic, and the standard urethane steering wheel can be wrapped in leather if you prefer a softer touch. The no-fuss interior doesn't get much in the way of decoration, either, but Bright bezels can be added to your instrument panel for a few bucks.
2023 ProMaster Window Van Trunk and Cargo Space
The main reason why vans exist is for cargo and passenger space, and the 2023 Ram ProMaster Window Van offers a decent amount of it for either application. Going for the smaller 2500 model gets you a grand total of 420 cubic feet behind the seats, and the larger 3500 will bag you 463 cubes to do with as you please - adding seating will obviously diminish this substiantially. Accessing cargo space is made easy thanks to hinged doors that open up at a 260-degree angle and sliding-door access from the side. The maximum payload ranges from 3,940 lbs in the 2500 to 4,290 lbs in the 3500.
Small items can be stowed in the glove box and there are some nooks and crannies around the cabin for keys and cards. Three cupholders are made available in the center stack, and an under-seat storage compartment can be added as part of the optional packages.

Features
There's not much to write home about when it comes to standard features on the Ram ProMaster Window Van. It was built to carry stuff and people and not to entertain and provide luxury levels of comfort. On a standard ProMaster Window Van, new owners can expect to find air conditioning, power windows, speed-sensitive door locks, a 3.5-inch TFT cluster display, a glovebox, grab handles, a backup camera, and a 12-volt power outlet. Push-button start and remote keyless access are nice-to-haves. Driver assistance tech such as crosswind assist, drowsy driver detection, forward collision warning, and traffic sign recognition are also included. Optional extras include adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, a wireless charging pad, ambient interior lighting, and a seven-inch driver cluster display. Front and rear park assist are also available, and you could upgrade to a seven-inch TFT color display ahead of the driver at an extra cost.
Infotainment
The infotainment system on the 2023 Ram ProMaster Window Van won't blow you away, but thanks to its Uconnect operating system, it's a breeze to use and comes with most of the features you'd expect on a modern vehicle. The seven-inch touchscreen display and four standard speakers comprise the infotainment setup, and includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a hands-free phone and audio connection, 4G LTE internet, a media input hub, a USB charging port, and SiriusXM satellite radio. A 10.1-inch display with navigation is an optional extra.
