There are only two trims comprising the 2019 EQ Fortwo Cabrio lineup, the mid-spec Passion, and top-spec Prime, with the base-spec Pure featured in the Coupe lineup removed from the Cabrio selection. Both models are equipped with a 60 kW electric motor that generates 80 horsepower and 118 lb-ft of torque, directed via a single-speed direct-drive transmission to the rear-wheel-drivetrain. 15-inch Y-spoke light-alloy wheels are standard on both models, along with halogen headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, and rear foglights. LED front foglights with cornering functionality are standard on the Prime only. There are 16-inch eight-Y-spoke light-alloy wheels available for both models within the optional Sport Package, which also comprises a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel and brushed stainless steel pedals. Some standard features across the lineup include a height-adjustable driver seat, flat-folding passenger seat, air conditioning with automatic climate control, and power and heated exterior side-view mirrors.
