Based on the XLE trim, the V6 derivative swaps out the powertrain for the more burly 3.5-liter V6, which makes 301 hp and 267 lb-ft of torque and can only be had in a front-wheel-drive layout. This results in a noticeable drop in gas mileage, however, but there are a few additions that may make this your trim of choice. Outside, XLE V6 cars get dual exhausts with chrome finishers. Inside, there’s a standard ten-inch color head-up display with customizable settings. It also gets an upgraded overhead console with HomeLink transceiver, and arguably the most important addition being the JBL sound system that features Clari-Fi and nine speakers (with a subwoofer), CD player, and advanced voice recognition. The safety suite stays the same.
