While it may be the entry point into the Prius Prime range, the LE is just as powerful as the upper trims. The 1.8-liter four-pot and electric motor develop 121 horsepower for the front wheels. Passengers are seated on cloth-upholstered cushions and kept comfortable with automatic climate control and heated front seats. A multi-information display is present, but some may prefer the color head-up display available on the top trim. A seven-inch touchscreen grants access to the infotainment, which includes Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, SiriusXM, and the newly implemented Android Auto. All this is channeled through a six-speaker sound system. Toyota Safety Sense 2.0, comprising lane departure alert and tracing assist, as well as collision avoidance tech, keeps everyone safe.
