As the most affordable trim option from the lineup, the Beetle Convertible S features a very basic level of essentials. While it boasts a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift-knob, its seats are adorned in standard cloth upholstery. It gets a five-inch infotainment touchscreen display tethered to an impressive eight-speaker sound system that is, however, rather low in audio quality. There’s an auxiliary input jack and USB port for device connectivity and charging, and up to two compatible devices can connect via the Bluetooth. There is, however, no Android Auto or Apple CarPlay compatibility.
