The Core trim comes only with the Bright exterior theme and has full-LED exterior lighting, 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, a power liftgate, keyless entry, push-button start, and dual-zone climate control. Upholstery is in your choice of cloth or leatherette, and the front seats are heated and 14-way power-adjustable, including two-way lumbar adjustment and driver’s memory. The infotainment system is Google-based and comes with a nine-inch touchscreen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, the Volvo Cars App with remote functions, and Google services that include Maps, Assistant, and Play Store. The Core comes with fewer driver assists than the other trims, but still gets BLIS blind-spot monitoring with steering assist, rear cross-traffic alert, automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, and road-sign recognition.
