1,200-HP DSM Sets Four-Cylinder Half-Mile Record With 213 MPH Pass

The 'Red Demon' strikes again.

After consistently clocking the quarter-mile in the sevens, it was time for BoostinPerformance's 1996 Eagle Talon aka the "Red Demon" to see what it could do over half a mile. Powered a 4g63 2g unit complete with Precision 7285 turbo running on 70 psi of boost mated to a ShepTrans Dog Box, this 1,200-hp DSM is an absolute weapon and thanks to That Racing Channel, we can see it setting the four-cylinder half-mile record with a 213-mph pass.

Check out its record run, made at the WannaGOFAST event at the Jumbolair airstrip in Florida. This thing is nuts.
