There was nothing at all unimpressive about the original Shelby GT500, but this Eleanor-kitted '68 Mustang from Nelson Racing Engines takes things to a whole new level. The engine is a 447 (7.3 liter) small block Ford Hot Rod Series engine, complete with electronic fuel injection. The engine produces 630 horsepower, but the really unique part is the transmission, a six-speed sequential out of a Dodge Viper Le Mans racer, complete with custom billet shifter.

In the video, we can see it on public roads, and no one should be too surprised to see it quickly attract the attention of the local police.
