The Lotus Evora GT4's handful of owners have taken the British racer to compete in events ranging from the Dubai 24 Hours to the Silverstone 1000km. Not everyone, as noted by Autocar's Steve Sutcliffe while treating himself to a few laps of the Hethel racetrack, is equally adept behind the wheel of the £125,000 gentleman racer, however. Power comes from a Toyota-sourced 4.0-liter V6 rated at 355 hp and mated to an Xtrac six-speed sequential manual transmission.

The stripped-out Evora also weighs just 1,200 kg so this looks like a serious proposition for anyone wanting to test themselves on the track.
